We WILL NOT advise on or recommend to you a Personal Protection Insurance (PPI) products. If you feel you may have a need for this type of insurance, you should contact an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA).
There is no fee for advising or recommending Guaranteed Asset Protection or any credit agreement. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy. We may receive a payment or other benefit from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
